OKRs — Automatic Progress from Live Metrics
Create objectives and key results that update themselves from real platform data.
Create an objective
- Go to OKR and add an Objective with a clear outcome.
- Add Key Results with a start value, target value, and unit.
Link a key result to a live metric
For measurable KRs, link them to a live metric (e.g. MRR, open tickets, invoices paid). Plenix then updates the KR's current value automatically as the underlying data changes — no manual check-ins.
Manual override
You can still set a KR's progress by hand. A manual value is preserved and won't be overwritten by the auto-update, so qualitative KRs and one-off adjustments are respected.
Track
The dashboard rolls up objective progress from its key results, so leadership sees real, current attainment at a glance.
