Generate an API Key
Create a named API key with scoped permissions for external integrations.
Generating an API Key
- Go to Settings → API & Webhooks → API Keys and click New API Key.
- Name the key (e.g. "Zapier integration").
- Select scopes: tickets:read/write, companies:read/write, invoices:read/write, devices:read, users:read.
- Click Generate — copy the key immediately. It is shown only once.
Using the key
Authorization: Bearer pk_live_xxxxxxxxxxxx
Base URL: https://yourcompany.plenix.cloud/v1/public/ (use your own workspace subdomain)
