Import Legacy Automation Rules
Migrate existing ticket-automation or workflow rules into the unified engine.
Importing Legacy Rules
- Go to Settings → Automations → Import Legacy Rules.
- Select the source engine (ticket-automation, workflow-rules, or rmm-automation).
- Review the mapping — each legacy rule maps to a new-engine equivalent.
- Click Import Selected — rules are created as disabled drafts.
- Review each draft, enable when satisfied, then disable the legacy original.
The import wizard never modifies your existing rules. You control the cutover entirely.
