Conducting a Risk Assessment
- Open Compliance & QHSE → Risk Assessments and click New Risk.
- Describe the risk, its category, and potential impact.
- Score likelihood (1–5) and impact (1–5) — the system calculates the risk score.
- Assign a risk owner and document mitigation actions.
- Review and update the register at regular intervals (monthly or quarterly).
