Alert Recipients & Notification Digests
Control who receives automatic alert emails, and how often each person gets a summary digest of their unread in-app notifications.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Alerts & Digests (/dashboard/settings/notifications).
Alert Recipients
Plenix raises automatic alerts for three categories:
- SSL Certificates — certificates expiring or already expired
- Dark Web Monitoring — new breach matches for your monitored addresses/domains
- Compliance Deadlines — audits, permits, and QHSE training coming due
By default, each category emails everyone with the admin or manager role. Click a team member's pill under a category to add or remove them as an explicit recipient — as soon as you've picked anyone explicitly, only the people you've picked receive that category's alerts (the role-based default stops applying for that category). Click Reset to default to go back to role-based recipients.
Notification Digests
Below Alert Recipients, Team Digest Preferences sets each person's own rollup email of their unread in-app notifications — separate from the alert-recipient settings above. Pick Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Off for each team member.
