What lands here
Your in-app notification centre. Alerts, mentions and system events arrive as they happen, each linked to the record that raised it.
Using it
- Open Platform → Notifications, or click the bell in the top bar.
- Filter to Unread to see only what you have not dealt with.
- Click a notification to jump straight to the record behind it.
- Mark items read as you clear them, or mark all read to reset.
Notifications are per person
What you see here is yours. Marking something read does not clear it for anyone else, and does not resolve the underlying alert or ticket — it only clears your own notification.
Choosing what notifies you
Which events notify you is set on your own profile under notification preferences. If you are getting too much noise, change it there rather than ignoring the bell.
Tip: A notification is a prompt, not a record of work. Clicking through and acting on the record is what actually resolves anything.
