Brands & White-Labelling

Run more than one brand from a single workspace.

What brands do

Run more than one brand from a single workspace. Set the name, logo and colours customers see on portals, emails and documents β€” white-labelling each client-facing surface without needing a separate tenant.

Creating a brand

  1. Go to Platform β†’ Brands and click Add Brand.
  2. Enter the brand name customers should see.
  3. Upload the logo.
  4. Set the primary colour.
  5. Set the from-name used on outbound email.
  6. Save.

Where a brand shows

  • The client portal your customers sign in to.
  • Outbound emails β€” the from-name and branding.
  • Documents β€” invoices, quotes and proposals.

Choosing which brand applies

Assign the brand on the client company. Everything customer-facing for that client then carries that brand.

What stays the same

Your internal workspace is unaffected. Brands change what customers see, not what your team sees.

Tip: Check an actual outbound email and a generated invoice after setting up a brand. Logo dimensions and colour contrast almost never look the same in a document as they do in the settings preview.
