What brands do

Run more than one brand from a single workspace. Set the name, logo and colours customers see on portals, emails and documents — white-labelling each client-facing surface without needing a separate tenant.

Creating a brand

1. Go to Platform → Brands and click Add Brand.
2. Enter the brand name customers should see.
3. Upload the logo.
4. Set the primary colour.
5. Set the from-name used on outbound email.
6. Save.

Where a brand shows

• The client portal your customers sign in to.
• Outbound emails — the from-name and branding.
• Documents — invoices, quotes and proposals.

Choosing which brand applies

Assign the brand on the client company. Everything customer-facing for that client then carries that brand.

What stays the same

Your internal workspace is unaffected. Brands change what customers see, not what your team sees.

Tip: Check an actual outbound email and a generated invoice after setting up a brand. Logo dimensions and colour contrast almost never look the same in a document as they do in the settings preview.
