Semantic search understands the meaning of your query rather than matching exact words.
How to use
- Press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on Mac) or click the search bar.
- Type in natural language.
- Keyword results appear first (exact matches); AI results appear below (semantic matches).

Available for: tickets, companies, contacts, documents, and devices. Requires the ai-core feature flag (Enterprise plan).
