Set Up Approval Workflows
Configure who can approve autonomous AI actions and how they are notified.
Setting Up Approval Workflows
- Go to Settings → AI Autonomy → Approvers and click Add Approver.
- Select a user and optionally restrict them to specific action types (e.g.
device.*). - Click Save.
Approvers are notified by email (one-click approve/reject) and via an in-platform badge on Pending Approvals.
Escalation
If no approver acts within the timeout, the action is automatically rejected. Change the timeout under Settings → AI Autonomy → Policy Engine → Escalation.
All approvals and rejections are stored in Settings → AI Autonomy → Audit Log.
