Appointments & Online Booking

Let clients book time with you through a public booking page.

How appointments work

Clients book time with you through a public booking page, and those bookings are managed here. Confirmed appointments land on your team calendar, so scheduling stays in one place rather than in an inbox.

Setting up your booking page

  1. Go to Calendar, then the Appointments button and open Booking Page Settings.
  2. Define the services people can book β€” name, duration and description.
  3. Set your availability: the days and hours you accept bookings, and any buffer between appointments.
  4. Save, then copy the public booking link and share it or embed it on your website.

Managing bookings

New bookings appear in the list here and on the team calendar. Open one to see who booked, what they booked, and any notes they left. Cancel or reschedule from the same panel and the client is notified.

Avoiding double-booking

Availability is checked against your calendar at the moment someone books, so a slot that has filled since the page loaded is rejected rather than double-allocated.

Tip: Add a buffer between appointments. Back-to-back slots with no gap are how a single overrun cascades through a whole day.
