Creating Job Templates

1. Navigate to Field Service → Templates and click New Template.
2. Enter a template name and description.
3. Add task checklist items — each item can be mandatory or optional.
4. Attach any standard forms, risk assessments, or part lists.
5. Save the template; it will be available when creating work orders.
