Schedule and Dispatch Jobs
Use the dispatch board to schedule and assign field jobs.
Scheduling and Dispatching Jobs
- Open Field Service → Dispatch Board to see the technician calendar.
- Drag an unassigned work order from the sidebar onto a technician's time slot.
- Resize the block to adjust estimated duration.
- Click Dispatch to notify the technician and lock the schedule.
- Monitor real-time job status (en route, on site, complete) from the same board.
