Industry Benchmarks

Compare your performance against anonymised network averages.

What benchmarks show

Compare your performance against anonymised averages across the Plenix network. Benchmarks are opt-in and aggregated, so you can see where you lead or lag without exposing your own figures to anyone else.

Opting in

  1. Go to Insights & Reports β†’ Benchmarks.
  2. Read what each scope shares:
    • Ticketing metrics β€” resolution time and first response.
    • Pricing bands β€” service cost ranges, anonymised.
    • Fleet data β€” devices per client and endpoint counts.
  3. Consent to the scopes you are comfortable with, and only those.
  4. Save.

What is shared

Only aggregate figures for the scopes you consented to. No client names, no contact details, no individual records ever leave your workspace. Your own numbers are never shown to another participant β€” only their contribution to a network-wide average.

Reading the comparison

Each metric shows your figure against the network average. Look at the direction and the size of the gap, not the exact decimal β€” the value is in spotting that your first response time is twice the network norm, not in the second decimal place.

Withdrawing

You can revoke consent at any time from this page. Your data stops contributing from that point.

Tip: You must consent to a scope to see the benchmarks for it. That is deliberate β€” the comparison only exists because participants contribute to it.
