Offline Mode and Background Sync
How the app works without connectivity and how data syncs when you reconnect.
Offline Mode
Works offline: View cached tickets and work orders, complete checklists, add internal notes, attach photos.
Requires connectivity: Create new records, send emails, load uncached data.
Sync indicator
- 🟢 Green — all synced
- 🟡 Amber — sync in progress
- 🔴 Red — sync failed (tap for details)
Actions queued while offline drain automatically when connectivity returns. If another user modified the same record while you were offline, a conflict banner lets you choose which version to keep.
