Adding a Credential

1. Go to Credentials Vault and click Add Credential.
2. Select the type: Password, API Key, SSH Key, or Custom.
3. Enter the name, username (if applicable), and the secret value.
4. Link to a company and optionally a device or service.
5. Set an expiry date if the credential rotates on a schedule.
6. Click Save — the secret is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage.

Credentials synced from the client onboarding workflow appear with a Synced badge.
