Fleet Overview
Get a consolidated view of all printers across every customer site.
The fleet view
Monitoring → Printers is the fleet view. Across the top are four counts:
- Online — reporting normally
- Offline — not answering the agent's poll
- Managed — claimed printers under monitoring
- Discovered — found on the network but not yet claimed
Two tabs sit below: Managed, the printers you monitor, and Discovered, what agents have found and not yet been claimed. Each managed row shows status, toner and the company it belongs to. Click any row to open it.
Use Refresh to re-read the latest agent data.
Per-printer detail
- Overview — details, toner per cartridge, page counts
- Usage — page-count history
- Fulfillments — toner orders raised for this printer
Per-client view
To see one customer's printers rather than the whole fleet, open the company in CRM → Companies. Its record lists that client's printers and devices, along with any agents waiting to be claimed.
