Monitor Toner Levels
View current toner levels and set low-toner alert thresholds.
Monitoring Toner Levels
- Open Printer Monitoring → Toner to see a live dashboard of all cartridge levels.
- Each colour cartridge (C/M/Y/K) is shown as a percentage bar.
- Click a printer row to see historical toner consumption.
- To set alerts, go to Settings → Printer Monitoring → Toner Alerts and define a threshold percentage.
- Alerts are sent via email when any cartridge drops below the threshold.
