View Page Counts
See total and colour page counts for any monitored printer.
Viewing Page Counts
- Navigate to Printer Monitoring → Page Counts.
- Select a date range to see pages printed in that period.
- The table breaks down totals into mono, colour, and duplex counts.
- Click Export to download a CSV suitable for billing or reporting.
- Use the Trend chart tab to visualise page-volume changes over time.
