Blanket Purchase Agreements

Purchasing → Blanket Agreements records prices you have agreed with a supplier for a period.

Setting one up

Choose the supplier, the start and end dates, and the items with their agreed prices. Add an overall spending cap if the agreement has one.

Using it

While an agreement is active, new purchase orders for that supplier use the agreed prices automatically, including those raised from sales orders and from replenishment. Each agreement shows how much has been ordered against it and how much of the cap is left.
