Integrations Overview — What You Can Connect
Every integration Plenix supports today and where to configure it — chat, email, accounting, payments, SMS, identity, and the developer API.
Where integrations live
Most integrations are set up under Settings → Integrations. A few have their own dedicated pages:

How connections are stored
Every credential you enter is encrypted at rest with a per-tenant key before it touches the database. Only your tenant can decrypt and use it. You can disconnect any integration at any time, which removes the stored credentials immediately.
Testing a connection
Chat webhooks, SMS, and payments all have a Send Test button so you can confirm the connection works before you rely on it. If a test fails, the exact error from the provider is shown inline so you can fix it fast.
