Set Up Single Sign-On (SAML 2.0 / OIDC)

Plenix supports SAML 2.0 and OIDC so your team signs in with your existing identity provider (Azure AD/Entra, Okta, Google, etc.).

Configure

1. Go to Settings → SSO.
2. Choose SAML or OIDC.
3. Enter the details from your identity provider:
   • SAML: IdP sign-in URL, IdP entity ID, and the signing certificate.
   • OIDC: issuer URL, client ID, and client secret.
4. Copy the callback / ACS URL shown in Plenix back into your identity provider's app configuration.
5. Save and test a sign-in.

Tips

• Map your IdP groups/roles so users land with the right Plenix role.
• Keep at least one local admin account available in case the IdP is unreachable.
