Step 2: Add lessons
Inside the course editor, click Add Lesson:
- Choose type: Video, Document, or Text
- Paste a YouTube/Vimeo URL for video lessons
- Upload a PDF or paste markdown for text lessons
- Set a Passing score if the lesson has a quiz

Step 3: Add an assessment

- Set a Minimum pass score (e.g. 80%).
- Employees who pass receive a completion certificate automatically.
Step 4: Assign the course

- Select employees by name, department, or job role.
- Set a Due date (optional) β employees receive a reminder email 3 days before.
Assigned employees see the course under My Learning on their home screen.
Step 5: Track completion
The LMS dashboard shows Enrolled, In Progress, and Completed counts. Click any course for a per-employee breakdown with completion dates and scores.
