Running a report
- Go to Monitoring → Reports.
- Choose the report and the client company.
- Set the period.
- Run it, and export to send to the client.
Scheduling
Set a report to run on a recurring schedule and be delivered automatically. A monthly service report that lands without anyone remembering to run it is one of the cheapest retention tools you have.
What to include for a client
The reports that land best are the ones showing work the client never saw: patches applied, alerts resolved before they noticed, backups verified. Uptime alone reads as "nothing happened".
Tip: Run the report yourself before the first scheduled send. A report full of gaps because a device stopped reporting is worse than no report at all.
