RMM Reports
One report for the health of your whole fleet, with every figure opening the devices behind it.
Open RMM β Reports. The page is one report in sections, followed by the report builder.
Choose 7 days, 30 days or 90 days at the top to set the period for run and alert figures. Use Print for a paper or PDF copy. The bar under the title jumps to each section.
Every figure, bar and row is a link. It opens the devices, alerts or runs behind the number.
Fleet
How many devices you manage, how many are online, offline or in a warning state, servers offline, devices not seen for 30 days, devices with no client assigned and network devices found by scanning. Charts split the fleet by servers and workstations, platform, operating system and agent version.
Monitoring
Open alerts and the devices affected, tickets raised from them, monitors that are about to alert, and how many policies are switched on. Charts show open alerts by severity, the policies raising the most alerts and the noisiest devices.
Patching
Patches waiting, how many are critical or high, failed installs, devices behind and devices up to date, with the devices furthest behind listed.
Automation
Runs of automations, scripts and components in the period: how many succeeded and failed, the success rate, and the rules, scripts and components that fail most often.
Clients
One row per client, worst first: devices, online and offline counts, servers offline, open alerts and patches waiting. Select a client to open its site page.
Build your own
The report builder underneath lets you create and save your own reports and schedule them by email. Four ready-made reports are included: Policy Coverage, Automation Activity, Groups and Filters, and Script Library Audit.
All Sites
RMM β All Sites shows the same client figures as cards. Filter by health, search, sort by worst first, name or device count, and export the list as a CSV file.
Needs attention
The fleet view at RMM shows a Needs attention strip above the device list: servers offline, open monitoring alerts, critical and high patches waiting, failed runs, devices not seen for 30 days and devices not assigned to a client. Each tile opens the matching list. When nothing is wrong, the strip says so.
