How it is worked out
- Available hours are 8 per working day, less any approved leave.
- Booked hours come from project resource allocations, spread across the weeks they cover.
Reading the grid
Red cells are over-booked (more than 100%), amber are nearly full (85% or more), green are healthy and blue have room. A week fully on leave shows Leave. Click any cell to see which projects fill it.
Use the arrows to move through time, choose 4 to 26 weeks, or pick a project to see only the people on it. The figures at the top filter to over-booked or under-used people.
