Project Templates
Save a project as a template and start new projects from it with phases, tasks and timings in place.
ERP → Templates holds reusable project plans.
Create a template
- From a project: open the project and choose Save as template. Its phases, tasks, estimates, relative timings and task links are copied; customer details, dates and logged time are not.
- From scratch: choose New template and add phases and tasks, each with an estimate in hours and a start offset and duration in days.
Start a project from a template
Choose Use template, give the project a name, customer and start date. Plenix creates the phases and tasks with dates worked out from the start date, and links tasks that depend on each other.
