Account Plans and Whitespace
Plan key accounts against a revenue target and see what each customer could still buy.
CRM β Account Plans is where you plan your most important customers.
A plan
Each plan has a customer, an owner, a period and a revenue target, plus:
- Goals β what you want to achieve with the customer.
- People β the people involved on their side, their role and how much influence they have.
- Risks β what could stop you, and what you are doing about it.
- Next actions β with an owner and a due date.
A plan is draft, active or closed. Progress against the target is worked out for you from won deals, subscriptions and invoices in the plan's period.
Whitespace
The Whitespace tab shows, for a customer, each of your products and whether they:
- already have it,
- have it in an open deal, or
- could still buy it β with how many similar customers already use it.
Open a deal for any gap in one click.
Customer 360
Every company has a 360 tab that brings the whole account onto one screen: account score, MRR and ARR, what you have billed, what is overdue, open deals, tickets and SLA breaches, satisfaction scores, devices, work orders, sales orders, projects, account plans and renewals in the next 90 days. Every figure opens the records behind it. Signals such as overdue invoices, no contact for 60 days or a contract that will not renew by itself are listed at the top.
