Send a Proposal
Generate and email a proposal document directly from a deal record.
Sending a Proposal
- Open the deal you want to propose and click CRM → Proposals, then Create Proposal.
- Choose a proposal template or start from a blank document.
- Edit line items, pricing, and terms in the inline editor.
- Preview the PDF, then click Send to email it to the deal contact.
- The deal activity log records when the proposal was sent and opened.
