Accounts and Contacts (Leads Hub)

Work your prospect pipeline: statuses, enrichment, finding the right people and their verified work emails, adding to CRM and disqualifying.

Accounts is your prospect pipeline. Every company you save from Discover or a monitor lands here. Go to CRM β†’ Leads Hub β†’ Accounts.

The pipeline

Each account has a status:

New β†’ Researching β†’ Qualified β†’ Contacted β†’ Engaged β†’ Converted, or Disqualified.

  • Click a status chip to filter the list.
  • Search by name, filter by profile or minimum fit, and sort.
  • Tick several accounts and use Move to… to change their status at once.

Open an account

Click an account to see everything about it: details from the company register, fit and intent scores with the reasons, signals, website information, and the people you've found.

You can edit the Status, Profile, Website, Phone and Notes at any time.

Enrich

Click Enrich to refresh the company's details from the company register and its website. An account at New moves to Researching. Free.

Find contacts

Click Find contacts to look for the people in the profile's People to reach roles. Choose how many to look for: 1, 3, 5 or 10.

  • Directors from Companies House are added free.
  • Verified work emails cost 1 credit each, and only when an email is actually found.
  • Each email shows its status: Verified (safe to send), Risky (may bounce) or Catch-all (the domain accepts everything, so it can't be fully checked).
  • Each person also shows the lawful basis for contacting them, or Consent needed.

Find contacts needs a website on the account. Add one first if it's missing. For likely sole traders, no cold-email addresses are looked up, because UK PECR requires consent.

Add to CRM

Click Add to CRM to create a CRM company, with the contacts you found, in one step. The account moves to Converted, and the button becomes Open in CRM. Nothing is duplicated if the company is already in your CRM.

Disqualify

Click Disqualify when a company isn't a fit. You can give a reason, and you can tick add the domain to do-not-contact so nobody in your team contacts them again.

Rescore

Click Rescore after you change the profile, to recalculate fit and intent.

Delete account

Administrators only. Removes the account from Leads Hub. It doesn't delete anything already added to your CRM.

Reaching out

Once you have contacts, add them to a campaign sequence. Sequences can mix email, SMS, calls, LinkedIn steps and tasks, and stop when someone replies. See Advanced Sequences.
