Credits, Spending Controls and Usage (Leads Hub)
How Leads Hub credits work: the monthly allowance, what costs credits, buying packs, spending guardrails, alerts, auto top-up and the usage report.
Leads Hub uses credits only when it finds and verifies a named person's contact details. Everything else is included.
What's free
Within fair use, these never cost credits:
- company searches and company profiles
- directors from Companies House
- website research
- AI fit scoring, AI writing and reply sorting
- monitors
Fair use is up to 60 actions a minute and 5,000 a day for your workspace. That's far above normal use, and it's there to stop runaway automations.
What costs credits
Finding and verifying a named person's work email: 1 credit, charged only when an email is found. Usage lists every charge.
Lookups made through your own provider keys cost no credits. See Data Sources and Your Own Keys.
Your monthly allowance
The Enterprise plan includes 2,500 credits a month. The allowance resets on the 1st of each month, and unused allowance doesn't roll over. The cards at the top of Leads Hub show Credits available, Used this month, Monthly allowance and Expiring in 30 days.
Buying credits
Open Buy credits to top up:
| Pack | Price |
|---|---|
| 2,500 credits | Β£39 |
| 10,000 credits | Β£119 |
| 50,000 credits | Β£449 |
Prices exclude VAT where it applies. Pay by card or on invoice. Purchased credits:
- last 12 months from purchase;
- are used after your monthly allowance, so you never waste allowance;
- show under Expiring in 30 days when they're close to expiry.
Only administrators can buy credits.
Controls (administrators)
Open Controls to set guardrails before your team starts finding contacts:
- Ask for approval above (credits per run): if one run could use more than this many credits (for example Find contacts for 10 people), only an administrator can start it. Everyone else sees a message asking them to get an administrator to run it. Leave it empty for no approval step.
- Monthly limit per user: the most credits one person can use in a month. Leave it empty for no limit.
- Alert thresholds: administrators are notified when the workspace has used these percentages of its allowance (80%, 95% and 100% unless you change them).
- Auto top-up: when your balance drops below a trigger balance, buy a chosen pack automatically, up to a monthly Β£ cap.
Plenix may also set a hard monthly cap for your workspace. If you reach it, contact us.
Usage
Usage shows credits spent by month, by action (e.g. how many went on email lookups) and a list of recent activity with who did what. Use it to see who's using credits and whether a pack or auto top-up makes sense.
