Landing Pages

Publish a page with a sign-up form in minutes, send the leads straight into your CRM and an email campaign, and see visits, conversions and sources.

Landing pages are part of the Leads Hub on the Enterprise plan.

Create a page

  1. Go to CRM β†’ Landing Pages and click New landing page.
  2. Enter a title and pick a design from the gallery, or start blank.
  3. The page opens in the builder on the Design tab.

Landing pages use the same blocks as email templates, plus a Form block that shows one of your lead-capture forms.

Settings

On the Settings tab:

  • Address (slug): the end of the page link. Use lower-case letters, numbers and hyphens.
  • Form: the form visitors fill in. Build forms in Forms. Every submission creates a lead with the source "Landing page".
  • Campaign (optional): the email campaign new leads join.
  • Thank-you message: shown after someone submits the form.
  • SEO title and description: what search engines and link previews show. The preview shows how the page will look in search results.

A lead joins the chosen campaign only when they ticked the form's marketing consent box, and only if they are not on your do-not-contact or suppression list. Everyone else is still saved as a lead, but gets no marketing emails. This keeps you within UK PECR and GDPR rules.

The same check runs before every campaign email, whoever enrolled the recipient. Anyone who unsubscribes, or is later marked do-not-contact, gets no more emails.

Publish

Click Publish to make the page live. If you have unsaved changes, they are saved first. Plenix warns you when the page has no form, because nobody can sign up without one. Switch a page back to draft at any time from the list; the link then stops working until you publish again.

Analytics

The Analytics tab shows the chosen period (7, 30, 90 or 365 days):

  • visits, conversions and the conversion rate;
  • a daily chart of visits and sign-ups;
  • the top traffic sources;
  • the latest leads, each linking to its CRM record.
