Attribution and Lead Scoring (Leads Hub)

See which sources, sequences and templates produce deals, paid invoices and recurring revenue, and let lead scores learn from your own wins.

Both features are part of the Leads Hub on the Enterprise plan.

Attribution

Go to CRM β†’ Leads Hub β†’ Attribution and pick a range (30 days to 12 months, or your own dates). The report takes the leads created in that range and follows them through to today.

  • Funnel: leads β†’ contacted β†’ replied β†’ qualified β†’ deals β†’ won.
  • Sources: leads, replies, deals, wins, open pipeline, paid revenue, current MRR and the credits each source used. Click a source to see its leads.
  • Sequences: enrolled, replies, wins and influenced revenue. Click a sequence to open it.
  • Templates: sent, opened, replied and bounced for every email in the range, including A/B variants. Click a template to open its design.

How revenue is counted: a customer's paid invoices and MRR go to their first lead, and only count from the day that lead arrived. Money a customer was already paying you is never claimed. Influenced revenue is shared by every sequence that touched the lead, so it won't add up to the total. MRR matches the MRR dashboard (active recurring invoices and services).

Lead scoring that learns

Every score blends fit, intent, engagement and reachability. The weights are shown on the Overview tab under Lead scoring.

Once you have 30 closed leads with both wins and losses, Leads Hub retrains every night on your own results. Won means converted or closed won. Lost means unqualified or closed lost. The learned weights are used only when they predict wins at least as well as the standard rules (compare the AUC figures). Every part keeps a minimum share, so the reasons shown on each score still mean something. Admins are told when learning switches on.

  • Train now retrains straight away.
  • Turn off Learn from outcomes to go back to the standard weights. Scores are recalculated immediately.

Automations

Leads Hub adds triggers for Automations and Workflow Rules:

  • Lead Replied
  • Lead Became Hot: the score crossed 70.
  • Lead Sequence Completed
  • Prospect Discovered
  • Prospect Signal
