How to Manage Campaigns in the Campaigns Hub

Create and track marketing campaigns, link leads and deals, log activities, and measure campaign ROI β€” all from the Campaigns Hub.

What is the Campaigns Hub?

The Campaigns Hub (CRM β†’ Campaigns) gives you a single page to run and track marketing campaigns. Each campaign links to its generated leads, associated deals, activities, and pipeline contribution β€” no more piecing together results from separate modules.

Creating a campaign

  1. Go to CRM β†’ Campaigns
  2. Click + New Campaign
  3. Fill in:
    • Name (e.g. "June LinkedIn Outreach")
    • Type (Email, Event, Social, Outbound Call, Other)
    • Start and end dates
    • Budget (optional)
    • Target audience description
  4. Click Create

Linking leads to a campaign

When a lead enters your CRM through any channel, you can attribute it to a campaign:

  1. Open the lead (CRM β†’ Leads β†’ [lead])
  2. Set the Campaign field to the relevant campaign
  3. The lead appears in the campaign's Leads panel automatically

For bulk attribution, use the import tool with a campaign column, or run an automation rule that sets the campaign field based on the lead source.

Tracking campaign performance

Open any campaign to see:

PanelWhat it shows
LeadsAll leads attributed to this campaign
DealsDeals created from those leads
Pipeline valueTotal value of open and won deals
ActivitiesCalls, emails, meetings logged against this campaign
ROIPipeline value vs campaign budget (if budget is set)

Logging campaign activities

  1. Open the campaign
  2. Click + Log Activity
  3. Select type (Call, Email, Meeting, Note)
  4. Add details and date
  5. The activity appears on both the campaign and the contact's timeline

Closing a campaign

  1. Open the campaign
  2. Click Mark Complete or set status to Ended
  3. The campaign moves to the closed list but retains all linked data for reporting

Reporting

Campaign performance feeds into CRM β†’ Analytics β€” filter the analytics page by campaign to see conversion rates, deal velocity, and pipeline contribution broken down by campaign.
