Win rate, average deal size and weighted forecast, explained.
Where the numbers come from
Every figure on this page is calculated live from your deals, leads and rep activity for the selected date range. Nothing is cached, so changing a deal is reflected the next time you load the page.
What each metric means
- Win rate β closed-won deals as a share of all deals closed in the period. Deals still open are excluded, so a quiet month with one loss can look dramatic.
- Average deal size β the mean value of closed-won deals in the period.
- Forecast β the weighted pipeline value: each open deal's value multiplied by the probability of its current stage, then summed.
- Rep activity β logged calls, emails and meetings per owner.
Comparing periods
Change the dates at the top of the page and re-read the same tiles. Comparing this quarter to last is more useful than any single absolute number.
If the forecast looks wrong
The forecast depends entirely on stage probabilities. If deals are parked in the wrong stage, the forecast is wrong β check the pipeline board before doubting the maths.
Tip: Win rate needs volume to mean anything. On a small pipeline, look at the deal list itself rather than the percentage.
