Leads Hub A–Z: Getting Started

The whole Leads Hub on one page: what every tab does, the order to set it up in, what costs credits and what is free.

Leads Hub finds companies that look like your best customers, researches them, finds the right people to talk to, and turns the best ones into CRM companies. It's part of the Enterprise plan. Go to CRM β†’ Leads Hub.

Basic lead tools (web forms, lead import and automatic lead scoring) stay on every plan. See Importing and scoring leads.

Set it up in this order (about 30 minutes)

  1. Create a profile of your ideal customer β†’ Ideal Customer Profiles
  2. Run a search in Discover and save the best matches β†’ Discover
  3. Work the accounts: enrich them, find contacts, and add the good ones to your CRM β†’ Accounts and Contacts
  4. Save the search as a monitor so new matches arrive automatically β†’ Monitors
  5. Set your spending controls before your team starts finding contacts β†’ Credits, Spending Controls and Usage
  6. Add your do-not-contact list (past opt-outs, competitors, existing complaints) β†’ Do-Not-Contact and UK PECR
  7. Start a sequence to reach the contacts you found β†’ Advanced Sequences

Every tab at a glance

The four cards at the top show Credits available, Used this month, Monthly allowance and Expiring in 30 days.

What's free and what costs credits

Free (within fair use): searching companies, company profiles, directors from Companies House, reading websites, AI fit scoring, AI writing and reply sorting.

Uses credits: only finding and verifying a named person's work email: 1 credit per email found. No email found, no charge.

Your plan includes 2,500 credits a month, reset on the 1st. Monitors never spend credits. Lookups through your own provider keys cost no credits. Full details in Credits, Spending Controls and Usage.

Who can use it

Administrators and managers can use Leads Hub. Only administrators can buy credits, change Controls and Data sources, delete accounts, and remove do-not-contact entries.
