Payroll deductions, analytics and total rewards statements

The monthly deductions list for payroll, benefits analytics, and the total rewards statement every employee can print.

Payroll deductions

HCM β†’ Benefits β†’ Deductions lists, for a month you pick, every plan in force for every person: the level, what the employee pays and what the company pays. Cover that started or ended part way through the month is marked as a part month so payroll can adjust it. The totals show how many people are on benefits and the employee and company totals. Export the list for payroll.

Prices that are a share of pay are worked out from the person's current pay.

Analytics

Analytics shows:

  • Participation for each plan β€” people enrolled out of people eligible, and how many turned it down.
  • Cost each month by plan, by category and by department, for the company and for employees.
  • Trend β€” cost and enrolments by month.

Click any figure to open the people behind it.

Total rewards statement

Every employee can open their statement from My benefits β†’ Total rewards statement. It shows, for the year:

  • Base pay β€” from their salary, or their hourly rate times the yearly hours in Settings.
  • Bonuses from the last 12 months.
  • Company pension contributions.
  • Company spend on benefits and any other benefits on their record.

It shows the total, how much of it is benefits on top of pay, a table of each benefit with what they pay and what the company pays each month, and what they contribute in a year. Click Print or save as PDF to keep a copy.

HR can open the statement for anyone from that person's benefits page.

The figures are worked out from pay and cover in force today. The statement is for information and is not a contract.
