Org chart
See who reports to whom, find people by name, job title, department or branch, and open their summary.
The Org chart (HCM → Org chart) shows who reports to whom. It is built from the manager on each employee record — change the manager in HCM and the chart follows. Only active employees are shown.
Reading the chart
Each person shows their job title, department and branch, and how many people report to them directly and in their whole team. Click the arrow next to a manager to open or close their team.
- Expand all opens every team, Collapse goes back to the top.
- Find me opens the path down to you and scrolls to your card.
The tiles at the top show how many people and managers there are, how many levels deep the organisation goes, and the largest team. Click People to open the employee list, or Largest team to open that manager's summary.
Finding someone
Search by name or job title, or filter by department or branch. Results show as a list with each person's chain of managers. Click a name to open their performance summary.
